  7.      Have you ever had the sudden urge to dress up in your pyjamas and
  8.     go and raid an ancient Chinese fortress, single-handedly defeating
  9.     guards of incredible self control and martial arts skills, regain your
  10.     village's precious jade idols, stolen by an evil tyrant's personal
  11.     thieves, and return to your normal life, all in the time it takes to
  12.     play one computer game?????

  14.      There must be hundreds of you out there, judging by the sales of
  15.     the Mastertronic Game "Ninja Mission". For all of you who don't have
  16.     the game and if you're the kind of person who is good at these kinds
  17.     of karate games, then I suggest you splurge out on this little number.
  18.     For $39.95 it is well worth it.

  20.      The idea of the game, if you havent quite figured it out yet and
  21.     however unoriginal it seems, is to attack scores of guards and evil
  22.     henchmen in order to collect seven jade idols which were stolen from
  23.     your village. Theses idols are (quite appropriately in my opinion!)
  24.     called "Shichi Nin No Kami" and possess mystical powers! Each time
  25.     along the way you pick up one of these idols, YOUR STRENGTH IS
  26.     MAGICALLY RESTORED! The scenario has an authentic ring about it (not
  27.     just a simple shoot-em-up or should I say punch-em-up?) and as
  28.     far as I am concerned this feature gives a psychologically induced
  29.     subconcious addiction to the game. Or it could just be that music!
  30.     [The one that (*quote*) "...you can really rock to"].

  32.      Overall I'd say it is well put together, bugless and professional,
  33.     although obviously not a million dollar epic. The graphics are good,
  34.     not messy or unfinished, unlike some software I could mention, and  the
  35.     value for money is excellent. Considering the price, I'd give it an
  36.     eight out of ten (I gave half a point each to the black crow and  the
  37.     compact disc box it comes in) and I'd have to say it is the best value
  38.     karate style arcade game for any home computer.
